Hi Parents,

 

Wanted to send our October newsletter a little early so everyone has extra time to plan for our annual field trip to Hazelmere pumpkin patch on October 24th at 9:15. 

There will be no class that day we will meet at Hazelmere. All children need to have a parent stay with them. I have the sign up posted by the children's shoe bins if you could sign up with how many attending and pay before October 17th.

PAYMENT DETAILS

* $12 per student & siblings 2.5 and up includes GST(All Preschool & Elementary) Includes Pumpkin

* ADULT ADMISSION $5. (Does not include pumpkin) (extra pumpkins can be purchased)

* Wear Boots & Pants (if there has been any rain there will be mud & Pumpkin leaves are itchy!

* Bring bags for the children to carry their pumpkins in! Cloth bags are best!

* Children must be able to carry their own pumpkins. Parents are more than welcome to purchase extra or larger pumpkins during your visit. Pumpkins are priced by size.

* Limited concession will be available at front gate. Drinks and chips & chocolate/

granola bars. (cash/credit/debit only)

*Please provide extra supervision in the farm animal & play areas.

*(NEW) Fieldtrip duration is limited to 2hrs 15 min (you may leave earlier)

* a class wagon ride to the corn maze only (you and your class will walk back from the field with your pumpkins on your own time)
