Dear Parents,

I hope everyone is doing well and surviving throughout this pandemic. We really appreciate all of the support we have had from Parents and Grandparents and Caregivers throughout this last year, with everyone working together and doing their part, we have managed to keep our centre a safe and fun learning environment for our Preschoolers and Before and After School Care programs, as well as for our staff. 

I just wanted to thank everyone for accommodating to our new rules and regulations, as well as all the extra kindness and patience given while we all adjust to these new forms of safety standards.

We are going to be doing a fundraiser for the centre with Stapleton Sausage again. If you have been with the centre for a long time you might remember we did this fundraiser quite a few years back when they were just starting up as a business, and so were we. It’s a great fundraiser because they give 35% of what we sell to the Centre, and we are also supporting an another awesome local business! 

Their products are gluten free, have no preservatives, no msg or nitrates, are lower in fat, and are absolutely delicious! They are family owned and run and are such wonderful people to work with. Mostly all of their meats come from the Fraser Valley, they have natural casings, and only use quality Canadian ingredients. Both the Greek Donair Lamb and the Mediterranean Lamb are my favourites!

We are setting up the fundraiser to have your orders in by Tuesday, March 30th and the pick up date will be Wednesday, April 21st. from 3:30-4:30 outside the Centre. The orders will all be packaged together to make it easy to sort at pick up, and please remember to wear a mask at pick up. If you will be picking up your children from OSC that evening we can keep the order in our freezer until you arrive to pick up.

I have attached the menu and order forms. Please fill out your order forms and email them back to me at brookswoodkp@hotmail.ca, or you can drop them at the centre. Please feel free to sell to family and friends, we really appreciate any help but please don’t feel obligated.

Please make cheques payable to Brookswood Kids Place, or if you would like to pay cash. If you choose to use cash, please submit the order form attached to an envelope clearly marked with the cash amount and your name.
